NCS can provide first level customer service or support to your clients.  We will work with you to define procedures and lists of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's) that are available to our operators immediately upon answering a call.   In technical or product support situations, NCS will follow the FAQ's to help the customer resolve their particular issue. If we are unable to do so, we will escalate the issue to the pre-defined second level support.  In all cases, the call is logged and stored at our facility where it can be reviewed if required. All of this information is available to you through a web browser if desired.
In outbound proactive service situations, our experienced operators will call your clients and deliver your pre-scripted message.  Should any concerns be raised during the call, NCS will forward the issues to your organizations attention.  Again all calls are logged and data is kept as to which calls were successfully completed.
