How it works:

  • Voice message is recorded by client or NCS operator in Auto Call Gateway. 
  • Numbers to be called are stored in Auto Call Gateway database. Numbers may be sourced from client, NCS or third party number marketers. Lists can be created using Microsoft Excel, Access, CSV and other industry standard formats.
  • Client sets time of call out, chooses which message and target audience, via web browser interface to Auto Call Gateway.
  • Call outs made at appropriate time automatically by Auto Call Gateway. All call information will be stored for later view.  Busy lines will automatically be retried until the message gets through.
  • Ongoing process. Client can continue to input new messages and schedule new callouts to full database or subset as desired.
